Desktop app
The desktop app does the same job from your own computer. Your taste profile stays on that machine, and it can email you when a coffee you would like turns up. It is free, with no account. The web app you are in now needs no install.
Mac (Apple Silicon)
Paste this line into Terminal. It downloads the app and opens it. You can read the script first at https://releases.coffeeradar.app/install-mac.sh.
curl -fsSL https://releases.coffeeradar.app/install-mac.sh | bash
The app is not signed with an Apple Developer ID, so macOS refuses a download made through a browser. The installer line above avoids that. Intel Macs are not supported yet.
Windows (64-bit)
Download CoffeeRadar-win32-x64-0.6.0.zip (about 160 MB). Unzip it with Windows’ own “Extract All” and open the app inside. Windows may warn about an unknown publisher the first time. This build is newer and has had less testing than the Mac one.
Once installed, the app checks for updates by itself.
